The company, which supplies liquor and wine to a multitude of restaurants and retailers throughout South Carolina, was purchased by business and wine entrepreneurs Brad W. Norton, an executive with the France-based company Paul Sapin Wine, and Mobile Media Enterprises executives Bryan C. Lewis and Justin T. Lewis. “We are extremely excited to acquire Palmetto Distributing at a time when the company is emerging as an industry leader in the Charleston distribution market,” Norton said. “We believe this is the right move at the right time, as historically the wine and spirit sector has seen considerable growth during recession years.
